1、For dismantling method of YZR motor, see Diagram 1 for reference. 
2、Take out shaft extension flat key (2). 
3、Screw out hood (4)’s fixation screw (8), and take down the hood. 
4、Dismantle retaining ring (3) from the shaft and take down fan (5). 
5、Screw out front shaft cover (6)'s fixation screw (1). 
6、Open inspection window's cover plate (15), screw out bolt (18), and dismantle brush apparatus (16). 
7、Screw out rear end cover (17) (in the Diagram 2, bolt (14) is on (15)).
8、Knock the shaft head A with wooden hammer so that the front shaft leaves the bearing chamber. 
9、When rotor (10) is lift out of stator (11) in the rear end cover and frame gap with rope, aforesaid steps can be referred and reverse steps can be made to conduct assembly. 
10、See Diagram 2 for dismantling method of YZ motor. 
Dismantling method of YZ motor is identical with that of YZR motor in exception of provision of (5.1.5).
